The Sharonville Convention Center offers the ultimate in convenience and state-of-the-art amenities.

This spacious multi-level meeting and exhibition facility boasts 28,000 square feet of flexible function space and the latest in sound, lighting and temperature controls. The building offers a smoke-free environment and handicap accessibility throughout.

From their advanced computer planning through in-house, multi-media capabilities, every angle is covered to make your event a success.

• The meeting level offers six elegantly appointed rooms, including a ballroom for meetings of up to 1,100 people or banquets of up to 630. Each room is equipped with an excellent sound system, a variety of lighting options, Internet access, telephone lines, and recording/playback capabilities.
• The exhibition level offers 16,554 square feet of column-free space to accommodate 100 booths. It is also large enough to seat 2,000 for meetings or 1,340 for banquets. Convenient drive-in access is also available to this floor. Wall outlets and two overhead 600-amp busways supply 225,000 watts at 120/208 volts and 400,000 watts at 480/227 volts of electric service. Water, compressed air, 100 telephone lines and Internet connections are also available.
• The computerized heating and air conditioning system sensors adjust the room temperatures to the number of people and their locations within each meeting room.
• Each room offers acoustically designed interiors with an excellent house sound system to ensure the clarity of sound throughout the room. The finest quality padded chairs, tables and meeting room equipment add to the comfort.
• Our in-house A/V and decorator services provide the finest, state-of-the-art equipment to meet all of your needs at competitive prices.
• The convention center's kitchens are operated exclusively by Village Pantry Catering, one of the finest caterers in the Greater Cincinnati area. Their experienced chefs and dieticians present excellent creations from coffee breaks to elegant dining.

Expansion

The Sharonville Convention Center will begin an expansion project in 2009, which will include a 20,000-square-foot exhibition hall and a 15,000-square-foot ballroom that will open into the exhibition hall for a total of 35,000 square feet of space. An additional 11,000 square feet of meeting space divisible into 7 rooms will bring the total to 37,000 square feet of meeting space divisible into 14 rooms that can accommodate groups of 100 to 2,500.
